If an order arrives containing incorrect items, please contact via email or the site's Contact page and provide a picture of what was received. The shop will replace those items with the correct ones as soon as possible. If you would prefer not to receive the replacement items, a refund for the purchased items can be issued. Replacements and refunds are sent at the artist's discretion. No refunds can be offered for shipping costs. If an order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping provider (UPS or USPS).
