Frequently asked questions
General
For any orders that arrive incorrect, please send an email or submit a comment in the Contact section with a picture of the items you were sent. Once the shop receives this, the correct products will be shipped out to you by the next business day at no cost. If you do not wish to receive replacement items, a refund for the purchased items can be issued. Replacements and refunds are sent at the artist's discretion.
