All items are printed to order, packed and shipped by the artist. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the shop to fulfill your order. For orders that cannot be delivered due to the customer providing an incorrect address, the buyer will be asked to repay the shipping costs. If an order arrives containing incorrect items, please contact me through the site and provide a picture of what was received. The shop will replace those items with the correct ones as soon as possible. If an order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping provider (UPS or USPS).
